Rakhi festive and Innocuous beliefs

Yesterday, like every year, with all the zeal, we were pumped about celebrating rakhi with our brothers and sisters. The morning saw us getting ready early and making a swift exit to our parental uncle's (mama) house. The day was written to be refreshing as it involves meeting lots of people who we seldom meet or can't find much portion of time.

Everything was scripted to be perfect untill we found that the other than the traffic on the road and our punctuality, there is some other element involved that has to decide when should .. or infact at what time, we should observe the festive.

As i reached my Mama's house, he welcomed us with the fact that priests has suggested a specific time period ... Holy time period ... that is, for tying the rakhi on brother's wrist. Now what the time has to do with tying the rakhi? and i just had a triffle of doubt, how are priests and rakhi connected with each other? we were not worshiping any god? do we? yet our complete family and relatives were generously admanant to believe the mindless-beliefs without having any perpetual logics behind.

So, here how our Dear pandit ji has drafted the time table for the occassion .. no ... "Auspicious Occassion". The rakhi is to be tied from 10 A.M. till 11:30 A.M. if you fail to do so, then the next auspicious occassion falls between 2:35 P.M. till 4:00 P.M. Panditji was surely giving enough workout schedule.

Amongst all this, after a day, being an un-revolutionised part of it, i feel that i may safely call this .. "Rubbish", a mindless gathering of Rubbish. The world will not stop if one stops believing this idiotic pandits, who just make even breathing a HOLY habbit. There is no boundations on living, but this auspicious timings and age-old paradigms are certainly a lost of sense to me.

This is a time, when we as a society must look beyond this immaturish digging of hapless beliefs. Time is that we should make a mark by working hard for us, and not to please the GOD, for whom we don't even know how his protocols work?

We all must thank god for our existence, for auto-balancing everything in and around us, but whilst, let not these helpless freaks(priests) take the cue of it.

Salute to the power which created us.

Back to Business

Once again ... its been such a long time, since i hit the blog posting. Sadly, due to one thing or another, last week kept me aside from doing the thing i really liked ... BLOGGING! But, don't tend to think that i hit the magic lamp and i was busy throughout last week ... to find the pleasing ways to make genie give his elusive appearance. Neither i was grossed into a Harry Potter and weaving the magical web around me. Though i thank god, that i never got the chance to go through even the first part of the harry potter series. my mom thanks me for that, and to the fact that i still think that Brooms in my house dont fly!!

The last week was different, there were some unmentionable incidences, plus, few surprising and cheerful moments, yet, still they are unmentionable in a way.

So, let me come straight on the clear picture, and leave the classification of incidences. The nice thing we get in this week was a new office.

From the old crappy featureless, horror hall building, we shifted to the new palace, 'ooo wow' looking building. Ultra cool Air Conditioner, A golf field like Reception area, multi-tier broad floors with cool comfy infrastructure and polished floors all around were thouroughly competitive and energetic on their own.

"Lagta hai Gareeb sheher mein aa gaye hain", one of my friend quoted. And correctly so, we were now feeling the essence of working with the Giant Indian MNC. That is so true that the workplace boosts the healthy temperament and spirit within. We are glad with the space and looking forward for some place where we can arrange a Cricket match ... well ... who would protest .. after all ... "Boys will be boys!"

Felony of Mankind - A bloody tale

Last month, country saw the gore , the unsaid and fearful gory scenes were split wide open before the world to see. It all started with the south wing of the indian IT Hub, Banglore. The IT City was shocked to see what happened within few odd minutes. 9 serial blasts rocked the epicenter of the commercial establishments and fearfully propogated the reason for belief that its always common man that has to bear the brunt of his existence, and may sometimes has to pay his dear life.

It didn't mattered that day, who cared to extend his help as for what purpose, or at which condition. It was all the feirce exhibition of horrible story, brutally written and staged by the screwed minds who went ahead to attack the innocents. These were the small bombs but were powerful enough to create the flutter in the air, and infact snatched so many sons from their mother, husband from a wife or a brother from a sister.

But story of this brutality didn't ends here. It was worse.. ... the worst has yet to come. The very next day, country, no .. the whole world was amazed to see how easily a country felt itself on her knees by the outstray of the horrible terrorism. This time, it was Ahemdabad, Capital city of Gujrat, Lots of lives lost, and human flesh was lying here and there like the broken pieces of glass.

These bombs might have shooked the two cities to the great hilt, but more than that, the scare factor in living simple, for a common man, has multiplied into the Ogre!
