My Day at Railway Station ..

Everything happens for good …
Over the past week, I have been filled up with STUDIES, STUDIES and lots of it. So much so that I even forgot to think anything rational except the management principles. I may perhaps consider this mess as a self given gift. The unwilling reluctance to study, and the last minute rush all contributes to it. I had observed this in my last Master Degree study, and so is this time.
This has been the very first semester of my MBA Course, and its no proud feeling. I know I have to improve upon my mistakes. Study Is all about traversing the fragments over a larger period, rather than doing it vice-versa.
Studying for any management degree is not too tough, if you have the courage to show the zeal and enthusiasm within you. The basic ailment with the working people is that they tend to forgo the basic necessity of being in constant connection with the Growing demand of professionals and strive hard to make his mark by giving the adequate time to his studies.
I joined Distance learning mode of MBA, as I felt that it would be hard for me to Leave the Job, when I am at the crucial escalating juncture of my career. Leaving Job thereon would have meant the doom and destruction for me and career. Perhaps that would have been taken all my efforts in a different mode altogether.
I am happy that after doing my MCA(Masters of Computer Applications), I am pursuing but seeing the pattern of exams and quality of questions, I can feel, if I had fought better for this throughout the semester, I would had been a king.
The aspirations which I brought at the beginning of the semester are there …. Very much there .. but nastily lying on the couch. Well .. whatever happens .. It happens for Good.
Now I feel that life teaches you a lesson, one time and every time. If you have the capability to realise and correct your mistakes, you are bound to learn and earn better. I did, in this blog. I was lousy fellow throughout, but I would definitely try to do far far better and earn the King's Crown for myself.
Still … two exams that I wrote, went well. It was all about management principles and market research, so no problems in them, The tougher ones are yet to come into the scenery and I would be anticipating that they should go smooth as well. Keeping my fingers crossed and my eyes Locked to Courseware !! Time to study now …..

MBA Exams from tomorrow ...
In the rapidly developing environment, one has to keep him upgraded all the time. Striving should be the nature and Passionism be the Fervor. It's very hard to keep the study and Job, hand in Hand, but i believe, if one has the calibre to crack this up, he is surely going to reap the fruit of this at a later stage of his/her career.
Coming back to my MBA Examination, preparing for Exams will not be that much difficult(i think so..) as most of the content is similar to what i already have learn in my Graduation(Yeah .. i was a commerce student !) The major challenge lies in writing the paper as per the examiner's line of belief and preferences. The MBA examinations, as i may deduce, not only checks for your rememberance of a particular subject or points for that matter. rather, a good Examiner will stress more upon your Build up of the Solution and your Potential of Analyising the Facts.
For example, A Simple Basic Question, "What is the role of a manager?" may well be defined as the book-ish answer, which can easily be caught by the imagination of any Grad. But the Onus lies elsewhere. Its all about first getting into the shoes of examiner, and evaluate the answer accordingly. Manager is one who Establishes the connecting link between the Organizational Objectives and Employees goals, would be more suitable then listing down all the things which a manager does or can do in an Organization.
When i first joined, this course, I thought to exploit all my inner skills and hard labour to flourish, but sadly, my tiltation towards computers and a Bit of my carelessness prevented me to achieve what i wanted to ... in the first semester. But now, as this is the Final stages, i know, each moment is very special and precious, If i did the hard work now, and crack the exams well, i can offset all the mistakes i did in studying for the last six months. After this, i will be again in a reset position and i can start afresh from there. It's all about studying with precise technique and understanding of question and writing the nicely Evaluated answer.
So, my last few words for this post ...
There are NO shortcuts to hard work.
ALL THE BEST TO ME ... !

मसखरी at Office !
It all got started with the little mischief that strucked in my mind early in the morning. Our good friend Sanjeev, is often known as "Cheeku" but does not like to be called so .... So, I ensured, the morning for him reminds him about his Fruit-ful Identity :)
The first mission was to change his nameplate to his more famous version of naming.
Being first in the morning, this wasn't an ardous task. happened smoothly indeed.
So, now, i became the storekeeper of the cubicle. Just was waiting like an ailing tiger waiting for its victim. The smile says all .........
So, here enters our fruity pie, and he happily agrees to get him snapped,
Not realising that चीकू कट रहा है। :)
But it was too good of him that he took everything in lighter vein, a good person by heart and a jolly personality to be with. Good work Cheek...(oops Sanjeev !! )

कुछ अनकहे लफ्ज़, कुछ ख्वाब मेरे. - 1
Few shayaris which touched the string of my heart. They have the magnetic soothness that makes me read again and again.

Awesome Mausam
In the evening, everything was still same ... the weired weather with down troden feeling. But our weather god has someother thing in store. The good ol famous storm winds started to blew and within no time.. it started raining.
I was on my way back to home, so got full drenched with joy. When it started to rain, i was elated. After all, being delhi-ite ..I started loving free water.
To make the full us of this offseason water blessings, i tread slowly. On reaching home, i took no time to again pull of my socks and shoes and ran on top floor of house, keeping my parents amazed. Off goes my shirt, and i was feeling like leonardo-di-caprio.
Being a kid sometimes helps ... Today, like regular days, i started my day as adults, worked like elder ones .. and at the end, I was Kid all over again. That's how the days should be.
My Boss - in His Worst best!
He is clamouring us like Mountains, and the result is going to be retrospective. As we are the people who follow newton's law, we would not like to keep it to us, rather would give it back.
Seeing his burned up face all the time, is no pleasure in itself. He has to know, that maintaining his composure and motivating the employees is the perfect way to get the work done from the Employees. But sadly, this guy is choosing the wrong and unprofessional path. Reporting to the seniors above him, and putting us, before them. That is so unprofessional.
Someone should now have to teach what are the rules of the game. Hopefully next week would be all about teaching and making him learn, what we like, and how we work best!
